Position: Burnaby Project Accountant with EXP

As part of the Finance group at EXP, you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. Your key tasks will involve setting up projects in Deltek, preparing invoices, and investigating billing variances to maximize client revenue. You will also provide crucial support to accounts payable and receivable teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee project budgets in Deltek

• Produce and manage draft and final invoices

• Assess opportunities for billing maximization

• Maintain organized project billing documentation

• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:

• University degree in accounting required

• 3-5 years of accounting experience essential

• Knowledge of CPA programs beneficial

• Skills in Microsoft Office and Deltek software

• High attention to detail and self-motivated
