Detail-Oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, reporting to the AR Manager, you will oversee billing operations and ensure the accuracy of customer accounts. Strong organizational skills are critical as you will handle invoicing, collections, and financial record maintenance. Collaborating with various departments will enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify operational documentation for billing

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices

• Reconcile discrepancies with customer accounts

• Monitor overdue payments and communicate with clients

• Maintain detailed records of collections and invoices

Requirements:

• Education in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3–5 years experience in accounts receivable functions

• Proficiency in ERP software, particularly Sage 300, D365

• Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Relevant experience in traffic control beneficial
