Position: Controller for Financial and Project Accounting

Reporting to the CFO, this full-time position includes budgeting, financial reporting, and project cost monitoring. You’ll supervise and mentor accounting staff while ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations. You'll engage with various stakeholders to promote best practices and enhance project financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for projects

• Supervise the accounting team and mentor staff

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

• Prepare Joint Venture financial statements

• Assist in developing project financial controls

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting with 10 years of experience

• CPA designation required, with engineering consulting experience

• Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint essential

• Proven problem-solving skills under pressure

• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
