Our clients rely on us for all things accounting and administration (we don't do tax work), and we take pride in delivering clarity, efficiency, and financial insight.

We are seeking an experienced results driven and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately for multiple clients. This role supports budgeting and financial planning and will play a key role in tracking income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

• Process invoices, track payments and receivables, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the ledger is up to date.
• Assist in processing payroll, ensuring correct deductions and timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly to ensure consistency with the ledger.
• Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Monitor and categorize company expenses accurately for budgeting and tax preparation.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar financial role at an accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting. QBO is essential & XERO is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Highly skilled in advanced Excel functions

• Tech-savvy with a drive for automating workflows, enhancing efficiency, and refining KPI reporting.
