Experienced Bookkeeper Using QuickBooks

This bookkeeping firm has over 20 years of industry presence and seeks a Full Cycle Bookkeeper. In this position, you’ll manage HST filings, source deductions, and WSIB compliance. You will also handle payroll, T4 slips, and client requests effectively while resolving CRA inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using Quick Books Desktop and Online

• Process payroll and issue ROEs and T4 slips

• File HST, source deductions, and WSIB documents

• Review and maintain financial statements monthly

• Address client requests and handle CRA communications

Requirements:

• DCS / DEC educational qualification

• Minimum 3 years of Quick Books experience

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping expertise

• Proficient in T1 personal income tax preparation

• Strong communication skills for client interactions
