Accounts Payable Manager Finance Operations

Lead accounts payable operations at Magnet Forensics with advanced Excel and financial controls expertise. This hybrid-flexible position supports global finance activities.

As an experienced Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead AP professionals across daily operations. The work spans multiple entities and currencies, vendor management, compliance, close activities, reporting, and process improvement. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, and business teams while maintaining accounting governance.

• Lead, mentor, and coach the accounts payable team
• Oversee invoices, approvals, payments, and vendor queries
• Maintain vendor records and payment fraud controls
• Deliver accruals, aging analysis, and reconciliations
• Implement process and workflow improvements

• Five-plus years of progressive accounts payable experience
• At least two years leading an accounts payable team
• Multi-entity or multi-currency operations experience
• Strong controls, compliance, and vendor management knowledge
• Advanced Excel and detailed dataset experience
