Accounts Receivable Advisor

Manage cash receipts, reconciliations, and client documents as an Accounts Receivable Advisor at Extendicare’s hybrid Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Accuracy matters.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable and Billing Supervisor, this full-time advisor supports Extendicare’s Para Med corporate team. The work includes posting deposits, processing adjustments, and managing financial information. You will use Procura, Alaya Care, Workday, and Microsoft Excel while supporting timely accounts receivable processing.

• Retrieve banking information from online platforms
• Enter cash receipts into Procura, Alaya Care, and Workday
• Process monthly pre-authorized payment files accurately
• Reconcile funding, service data, and daily bank statements
• Handle client documents and resolve billing discrepancies

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
• Experience with Alaya Care considered an asset
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Client-focused communication and problem-solving skills
