Lead Canadian tax compliance and IFRS provisions as Enghouse’s Corporate Tax Manager in hybrid Markham, Ontario. Apply advanced Excel and tax expertise.
Reporting to the Director of Tax, this hands-on Corporate Tax Manager owns key tax deliverables. The position covers Canadian and foreign compliance, consolidated provisions, transfer pricing, and CRA audit matters. It supports tax research, acquisition due diligence, and global planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Canadian corporate income tax and information returns
- Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS tax provisions
- Manage CRA audits, notices, reassessments, and information requests
- Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation
- Maintain internal controls over tax reporting
- CPA designation or Master of Taxation degree
- Five-plus years of progressive corporate tax experience
- Strong Canadian Income Tax Act knowledge
- Working knowledge of IFRS and IAS 12
- Advanced Excel and large-data analytical skills
