Senior Financial Controller SAP Manufacturing

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and SAP support for Umicore’s Jewelry & Industrial Metals activities. Guide teams while strengthening cost and inventory controls.

As Senior Financial Controller, you will oversee financial management within a manufacturing environment. You will prepare analysis, manage planning, and support profitability through costing, forecasting, and inventory valuation. The position also covers credit, cash, risk, and operational support.

• Lead finance teams and ensure timely GAAP-compliant reporting
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee costing, inventory counts, reconciliations, and controls
• Manage cash resources and credit policy compliance
• Support systems reporting and troubleshoot SAP issues

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Professional designation such as CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA
• Minimum five years’ progressive financial management experience
• Manufacturing experience and strong cost accounting knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
