Financial Reporting and Controls Manager

Lead financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close as Finance Manager, delivering accurate information and dependable accounting records.

The Finance Manager coordinates financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting procedures, and year-end preparation. This position analyzes results, identifies variances, and provides management with timely financial information. Collaboration includes senior management, external accountants, and internal departments.

• Review balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules
• Prepare accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and month-end journal entries
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and concerns
• Maintain general ledger records and investigate unusual transactions
• Coordinate external accountant audit or review engagements

• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong understanding of financial controls and procedures
• Accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiency
