Financial Reporting Tax Associate

Financial reporting expertise meets tax accounting at PwC, where this Senior Associate prepares statements, provisions, and returns for business clients.

Working within PwC’s Tax Line of service, you will help businesses address tax compliance and accounting requirements. The Senior Associate manages varied engagements, drafts financial statements with note disclosures, and applies Canadian tax knowledge across corporations, trusts, and partnerships. You will also coach others and review work for accuracy.

• Manage diverse compilations, reviews, and compliance projects
• Draft financial statements, including required note disclosures
• Prepare and review tax returns and provisions
• Delegate assignments and coach others toward results
• Extract insights from industry and sector trends

• Three years’ experience at a mid-size or public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline
• Hands-on Taxprep or iFirm software experience
• Understanding of Canadian tax and ASPE standards
• Excellent client relationship management skills
