Hiring salary range: $2,064.34 - $3,189.88 / bi-weekly

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic Digital Technology Solutions Team as a Co-op Student, contributing to the optimization and efficiency of our IT personnel. As a vital member of the team, you will gain understanding in vendor management, hands‑on experience in process improvements, and communication within a fast‑paced IT environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting team with forecasting and following up with LOB teams on IT vendor renewals
  • Analysis of licenses against entitlements in contracts
  • Updating template with contract information including entitlements
  • Invoice reconciliation against contracts
  • Running Reports
  • IT Vendor Management Mailbox and related 5‑year sustainment plans
  • Set up meetings and assist with actions and follow‑up items
  • Completing templates for requests for procurement and approvals
  • Monitoring Third Party reports and renewals
Technical Skill Requirements:
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining-related documentation. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
  • Proficient with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint is required.
  • Experience with SAP would be a benefit
Soft Skill Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the DTS Resource Management Team.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for resource optimization. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail is a must
Required Education Level:
  • Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program such as Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced IT environment. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
  • Time management skills to meet
