Hiring salary range: $2,064.34 - $3,189.88 / bi-weekly

Job Summary:Join our dynamic Digital Technology Solutions Team as a Co-op Student, contributing to the optimization and efficiency of our IT personnel. As a vital member of the team, you will gain understanding in vendor management, hands‑on experience in process improvements, and communication within a fast‑paced IT environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Assisting team with forecasting and following up with LOB teams on IT vendor renewals
- Analysis of licenses against entitlements in contracts
- Updating template with contract information including entitlements
- Invoice reconciliation against contracts
- Running Reports
- IT Vendor Management Mailbox and related 5‑year sustainment plans
- Set up meetings and assist with actions and follow‑up items
- Completing templates for requests for procurement and approvals
- Monitoring Third Party reports and renewals
- Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining-related documentation. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
- Proficient with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint is required.
- Experience with SAP would be a benefit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and project stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the DTS Resource Management Team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for resource optimization. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program such as Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced IT environment. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
