Elevate building services as a Facilities Support Coordinator rsee daily operations, contractor interactions, and equip office staff with essential support services.
In this Facilities Support Coordinator role, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth functional operations and promoting a productive work environment. Responsibilities include processing service requests, managing resources, and providing timely technical support. Your proactive approach will help enhance overall workplace experiences for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide backup for Workplace Experience duties
• Handle service requests and vendor work orders
• Assist with setting up events and layouts
• Support basic maintenance tasks and AV technology
• Manage supplies and respond to client inquiries
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma essential
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required
• Strong background in customer service and technical support
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift over 30 lbs as needed
