Position: Administrative Executive Assistant Role
Sienna Senior Living seeks an Executive Assistant in Markham, Ontario, to support the CTO and EVP, Real Estate Development. This on-site position requires high-level organizational skills and strategic insight.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring communication flows seamlessly across departments. You will manage busy schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence, all while prioritizing the needs of leadership. This position is tailored for those who thrive in supporting executive-level operations and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CTO and EVP with executive tasks daily

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and schedules

• Engage with senior internal/external contacts

• Prepare reports and manage travel arrangements

• Document meetings and distribute minutes precisely

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

• 2–5 years’ experience supporting executives

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Exceptional communication skills

• Capability to manage high-pressure tasks
