Your role is essential in connecting skilled educators to available positions across centres.
This role involves managing staffing needs for more than 500 childcare centres. As the point of contact for supply staff in the mornings, you will assess staff availability and preferences, ensuring quick, accurate placements. You'll also oversee communications and maintain performance tracking through Excel-based reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match supply staff effectively to open childcare shifts
• Update and manage staff profiles in scheduling software
• Lead communications with educators via text and email
• Prepare new hire packages accurately
• Administer rewards programs for staff recognition
Requirements:
• Degree or college diploma required
• Experience in staffing or administrative roles
• ECE background is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
