Join Verve Senior Living as a Receptionist, the vital link in providing outstanding guest experiences.
Your role will include exceptional customer service and essential administrative support for our community.
This position requires at least two years of experience in a receptionist or clerical role within hospitality. You'll be greeting guests, fielding inquiries, and assisting in office operations. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and your ability to multitask will help enhance the overall atmosphere of our residence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet residents and guests with a smile
• Manage phone calls and direct them professionally
• Order and maintain office supplies efficiently
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for resident orientation
• Support management by performing clerical tasks like filing
Requirements:
• Minimum of grade 12 education
• Two years’ experience in a relevant reception role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
