In this role, you will serve as a vital support partner for the Client Services team, maintaining accurate client information and collaborating on various projects.
Your role includes preparing reports, generating time-sensitive communications, and improving operational procedures and tools. You'll also assist with project documentation and data management to ensure exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client data accuracy and completeness across projects
• Prepare tracking documentation for Management and Relationship Managers
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and needs
• Participate in system enhancements and workflow improvements
• Conduct data analysis and support special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in administration and client services
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
