As a Project Coordinator, you will effectively review invoices and handle vendor inquiries, creating purchase orders and contracts while maintaining project budgets in Yardi. Your collaborative efforts with the finance and procurement teams will ensure that all project requirements are met and documented accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming invoices and submit to Accounts Payable

• Create and manage project budgets in Yardi

• Prepare project milestone submissions to the Ministry

• Liaise with finance for cost report reviews

• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly updates

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Self-starter with effective prioritization skills
