Position: Client Project Administrator Role at Broadridge
Become a Client Project Administrator at Broadridge located in Markham. Support client initiatives through data management, accurate reporting, and effective service delivery.

As a key part of the Client Services team, you will manage critical project data while ensuring high standards of service. Responsibilities include producing timely reports, validating client information, and participating in enhancing operational workflows. Your contributions will be pivotal in improving client experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and validate client information across multiple projects

• Prepare and maintain essential tracking documentation

• Assist with time-sensitive client communications and reporting

• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

• Support project activities including reconciliation and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Experience in project administration or client service roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
