Dilawri, Canada's largest automotive group, seeks a Sales Administrator with excellent multitasking abilities. You'll handle in-dealership administrative tasks like preparing BOS for dealer trades, updating logs using advanced Excel skills, and closing repair orders. This position also involves back-up reception duties and responding to inquiries, ensuring smooth dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOS for dealer trades and wholesale cars
• Fill in reception during lunchtime or as needed
• Update Sold Log and various other logs
• Close repair orders as required
• Process cheque requisitions and reply to general inquiries
Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Two years’ experience in customer service or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ownership of tasks
• Administrative experience preferred, dealership experience a plus
