Position: Property Services Coordinator at BGIS
Elevate building operations as a Property Services Coordinator ve effective service delivery, manage work orders, and oversee vendor performance for optimal building management.

In this role, you will coordinate various property services and provide vital administrative support to the Operations team. Key skills needed include work order management, health and safety compliance, and vendor coordination. Engage with service providers to ensure timely resolutions for client requests while actively fostering a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process service requests and maintain accurate databases

• Ensure timely completion of work orders and contractual services

• Administer service contracts and vendor performance evaluations

• Prepare monthly expense summaries and resolve discrepancies

• Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with up to 1 year of experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud

• Understanding of financial management software a plus
