We are in search of a diligent individual to fill a part-time secretary role. This position requires strong computer skills and attention to detail for tasks like answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing legal documents. Flexibility with scheduling is important, as the role involves evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and forward phone calls promptly
• Welcome and greet visitors professionally
• Handle queries via phone calls and emails
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of real estate documents
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Flexible availability for weekend and weekday shifts
• Attendance at a 2-week training at the Head office
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
• Commitment to part-time hours, Mon-Fri and weekends
