Archivist

Position: Archivist with Warner Bros. Discovery
Join Warner Bros. Discovery as an Archivist to curate and manage collections of digital and physical assets. Engage in preservation, cataloging, and support diverse events within a creative environment.

This role requires at least two years of experience in an archive, library, or corporate setting and excellent written communication skills. As an Archivist, you will independently handle projects, maintain archives, and oversee preservation practices. Your expertise in archival standards will enhance the organization and management of our unique collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog and inventory original productions and assets

• Curate exhibitions and assist with event planning

• Implement preservation tasks for Archive objects

• Maintain databases and improve record-keeping

• Train interns and temporary staff on archives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in archiving

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Archive Science or related field

• Knowledge of archival cataloging standards

• Experience with collection management systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
