We are looking for a skilled Unit Secretary with experience in outpatient mental health settings at Oak Valley Health. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication, managing appointments, and supporting our committed team. Deliver exemplary service to both patients and clinicians while navigating a busy work environment focused on care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reception and telephone communication effectively

• Process patient referrals and support group orientations

• Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments

• Arrange meetings and prepare documentation accurately

• Assist with inventory management for office supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar mental health role

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum typing speed of 45 w.p.m.

• Experience with Meditech and scheduling systems
