WHAT

YOU WILL DO
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the President & CEO and COO
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business, financial, legal, and personnel information
  • Provide proactive decision support by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing business information, risks, and recommendations to facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive decision-making processes, governance, workflows, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment across business functions to support executive priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, evaluating, prioritizing, and directing requests to ensure executive attention is focused on the highest-value business priorities. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, reports, and meeting agendas in both English and Korean as required
  • Partner with the President & CEO and COO to prioritize competing initiatives, meetings, and business requests based on strategic value, business impact, and urgency
  • Monitor strategic initiatives, executive commitments, and critical business decisions to ensure timely execution, accountability, and issue escalation
  • Analyze Executive KPI’s metrics and prepare executive dashboards highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to support strategic decision-making. Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and book all the President & CEO’s and COO’s travel (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas where required, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports in compliance with corporate policies
  • Serve as the authorized delegate for expense and time‑off approvals on behalf of the President & CEO and COO
  • Support preparation for executive meetings, including agenda coordination, material distribution, minute‑taking, and follow‑up on action items
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and off‑sites (venues, technology, catering, materials)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Completion of a Undergraduate degree... Or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO

THE ROLE
  • Fluently bilingual in English and Korean (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and external audiences
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
  • Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
