Client Scheduling Coordinator

Coordinate patient schedules at Bayshore Health Care in Markham using superior customer service and advanced scheduling skills. This part-time position requires office presence.

As a Client Scheduling Coordinator, you connect patients, families, staff, and funder organizations. You process referrals and updates in Procura, assess service needs, assign care providers, and maintain accurate records. The position supports person-and family-centered care through clear communication and organized scheduling.

• Engage professionally with patients, families, staff, and funders
• Process referrals and updates in the Procura EMR
• Assess service needs with supervisors, employees, and patients
• Assign providers by needs, geography, skills, and availability
• Maintain records and resolve patient concerns through escalation

• Secondary school diploma
• Two years of related customer service experience
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Excellent computer, Microsoft Office, internet, and EMR skills
• Advanced keyboarding and scheduling software competency
