Weins Auto Group is seeking a corporate service expert to support its service departments at 15 different locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates must have strong experience in service department management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enhance service department operations
• Provide recommendations for procedural improvements
• Collaborate with management on team training and motivation
• Drive sales performance in the service department
• Deliver accurate monthly performance reports and insights
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience in automotive retail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and automotive technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
• Knowledge of local automotive service regulations
