You will coordinate the service experience by effectively scheduling diagnostics and making maintenance recommendations.
The right candidate will bring at least one year of experience, excellent communication skills, and an organized approach to customer interactions. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts can be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule efficient service diagnostics for customers
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
• Follow up to ensure customer expectations are met
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in service advisory roles
• Previous automotive industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure
