The Grinding Superintendent oversees all milling operations for the organization, requiring at least five years of relevant experience in road construction and a proven track record in crew supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and plan grinding operations according to client needs
• Start operations through strategic manpower and equipment planning
• Manage performance and accountability of multiple crews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of road construction experience

• Valid G driver’s license
