In this full-time role, you will oversee the preparation of RFQs and RFPs, working hand-in-hand with design consultants and construction teams.
Your role will be essential for advancing early work on alternative delivery contracts and ensuring successful project execution. The position calls for exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder groups involved in the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage proposal submissions for new business opportunities
• Coordinate with engineers and construction operations teams
• Conduct meetings to keep project timelines on track
• Collect and share necessary project information
• Develop technical content for proposals and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of construction experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction industry software
• Strong communication and proposal preparation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation
Utilize your expertise in project management to contribute to the success of Pre-Construction efforts with Green Infrastructure Partners.
