Senior Contract Administrator in Construction

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in leading the construction phases of various infrastructure projects. Your extensive experience in managing compliance and quality control will ensure the successful execution of projects. You will also negotiate critical aspects of contracts and maintain communication with contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with quality control and contractual obligations
• Prepare internal project reports and updates
• Negotiate change orders and resolve pricing issues
• Review Contractor submissions and payment certificates
• Conduct site inspections and daily project reporting
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of applicable construction experience
• Required P.Eng. or CET designation
• Technical knowledge and understanding of construction practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Valid Ontario G driving license
