As a vital support to the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple projects, ensuring all work adheres to safety and budget standards. Your expertise in documentation, scheduling, and communication will drive successful outcomes across various infrastructure projects, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job packages for efficient scheduling and resource allocation

• Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Monitor progress and track quantities against budget

• Conduct safety inspections and manage compliance logs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• At least 1 year of construction experience

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record

• Willingness to work flexible hours as required
