As a key team member at Miller Group, you will coordinate logistics, manage financial processes, and ensure adherence to safety policies. Your expertise will drive efficiency and quality in project delivery while maintaining effective communication with crew and subcontractors. This role requires adapting to operational needs outside standard hours on occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational logistics and accommodations
• Track invoices, expenses, and job costs
• Develop tracking mechanisms for market volumes
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce policies
• Supervise crew activities alongside the Manager
Requirements:
• Proficiency with JDE or similar ERP systems
• Relevant construction industry experience
• Valid Class G license
• Understanding of OHSA regulations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
