Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for key construction projects

• Develop consistent project costing templates

• Coordinate cost benchmarking during project bidding

• Validate project estimations with project managers

• Maintain databases within estimating software

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience

• Technical or bachelor diploma in engineering or construction

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel

• Strong written and communication skills

• Knowledge of Canadian construction documents and codes
