Position: Estimator for Construction Projects
Shape the future with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a skilled Estimator. Utilize your expertise in cost estimation, project scope analysis, and tender management for projects up to $1 billion.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will prepare detailed project cost estimates using advanced estimating software. Your background should include over 5 years in the construction industry, particularly in Design-Build estimates. Key responsibilities include interpreting tender drawings, leading meetings, and managing project communications to ensure accuracy and success in submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret tender drawings and specifications with precision

• Perform quantity take-offs and formulate accurate tender costs

• Lead Design-Build projects through tender stages successfully

• Maintain documentation on active tenders and proposals

• Provide technical support and job cost evaluations to management

Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction

• Familiarity with Design-Build processes required

• Proficiency in estimating software, particularly In Eight Estimate

• Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites
