Your role will focus on coordination, communication, and maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.
In this position, you will assist in the successful execution of construction projects by providing essential administrative support and maintaining operational efficiency. By working closely with the Site Superintendent, you will coordinate manpower and materials, support safety compliance, and manage project documentation. Your ability to foster effective relationships will be key to keeping workflows aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning of materials and equipment needs
• Act as a communication link between site and project teams
• Maintain thorough documentation for quality assurance
• Support project safety compliance and regulations
• Assist in forecasting and maintaining up-to-date records
Requirements:
• Preferred Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma
• 1-2 years of field experience in construction
• Understanding of safety regulations and construction operations
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings
