Join WEINS Auto Group as a Project Coordinator for a one-year contract. This role emphasizes the coordination of construction and facilities projects, along with team collaboration.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Construction & Facilities, you will play a critical role in project planning, execution, and compliance. The successful candidate will excel in organizing resources, tracking financials, and ensuring vendor accountability, with solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and coordinating facility projects
• Track project activities and confirm alignment with goals
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as necessary
• Manage budget reviews and financial tracking
• Maintain documentation for compliance and permits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of construction principles and compliance
