In this pivotal role, you will oversee the lifecycle of projects, ensuring estimates are accurate and operations are executed per specifications. Work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and site staff, maintaining communication to deliver projects on time and within budget while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates with Sharpe Soft

• Create and submit tenders and quotations accurately

• Manage awarded projects with effective scheduling

• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate with Engineers, Clients, and Site Staff for timely project delivery

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in civil construction estimating

• Post-secondary education in estimation or engineering

• Strong attention to detail under pressure

• Organized self-starter capable of handling multiple projects

• Excellent communication skills in team settings
