Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville
Join Aecon Telecommunications as a Project Coordinator in Kitchener, ON, to drive efficiency in fiber installation and 5G network expansion projects. This role blends project planning support with operational execution.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will coordinate schedules, documentation, and compliance needs to assist in project execution. Your expertise in tracking costs, managing change orders, and communicating across teams will ensure that project delivery is efficient. Key Responsibilities:
• Support Operations Manager with project data and analysis
• Schedule work crews and coordinate site inspections
• Manage inventory of materials and specialty equipment
• Monitor equipment status and track utilization reports
• Maintain worker Training Matrix and yard facility operations
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Civil or Construction Technology
• Experience in utility construction preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and MS Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
