Construction Site Superintendent - Civil Projects

SRG is hiring a Civil Project Superintendent in Alberta to lead site operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Apply your leadership to drive project success from inception to completion.

This role involves supervising construction personnel and managing site activities while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have over five years' experience in civil projects and strong leadership capabilities. You will engage with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a safe environment conducive to productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction personnel and manage subcontractor schedules

• Interpret plans and oversee compliance with safety codes

• Ensure project budgets and resources are properly managed

• Conduct meetings with clients and project stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting practices

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of civil project management experience

• Proven ability to lead multiple crews effectively

• Strong commitment to safety protocols

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Must successfully pass drug and alcohol testing
