HSE Coordinator

Position: HSE Coordinator for Green Infrastructure Partners
Join Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. (GIP) as an HSE Coordinator, a field-based role covering construction sites in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage directly with operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote best practices.

This position requires strong communication and analytical skills in health, safety, and environmental areas. As a primary representative on-site, you'll conduct daily inspections, support safety talks, and lead incident investigations. You will also provide field-specific recommendations and assist project teams with administrative support. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a culture of safety awareness among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections and observe operations

• Maintain a visible safety presence on construction sites

• Facilitate and participate in safety talks and meetings

• Offer recommendations for hazard mitigation

• Lead incident investigations and document findings

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in health and safety

• 1+ years of administrative or related experience

• 1+ years in construction safety/environmental roles

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards

• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle access
