At Powell Contracting, you will be a key player in project management reporting to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities include coordinating field operations, scheduling project timelines, and managing stakeholder communications. You’ll proactively identify risks and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare job packages for scheduling and mobilization
• Liaise with teams to support progress tracking
• Review contract drawings and scope requirements
• Track project quantities for productivity analysis
• Participate in safety inspections and hazard assessments
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record
• Ability to adapt to changing business conditions
