Construction Project Manager for QSR

Lead construction projects for Mary Brown’s Chicken and Fat Bastard Burrito as a Project Manager. Oversee the full lifecycle of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects across Canada with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The Project Manager role oversees all aspects of QSR construction, including new developments, relocations, and major renovations. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills and proactive project management experience in the restaurant sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QSR construction from planning to grand opening

• Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, and suppliers

• Develop project schedules and budgets effectively

• Ensure quality and safety throughout construction

• Foster collaboration among project stakeholders

Requirements:

• PMP designation required

• 5+ years in project management for restaurant construction

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Traveling and site visits as needed

• Knowledge of commercial construction practices
