The position involves creating reliable costing templates, standardizing pricing structures, and collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders. Your expertise will drive better project value and ensure adherence to client expectations while managing essential documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects

• Create consistent costing templates by project type

• Support project managers with estimation data

• Analyze change orders and assess vendor valuations

• Maintain estimating databases and software accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s diploma in engineering or construction

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience

• Proficient with estimating software and MS Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to quality and details
