In this pivotal role, you will report to the Estimating Manager, applying 7-10 years of construction experience to ensure detailed and accurate project estimates. Your responsibility will extend to developing tender schedules while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze tender drawings comprehensively

• Lead and manage Design-Build projects during tender stages

• Formulate tender costs for labour, materials, and subcontractors

• Prepare bid bond and insurance request forms

• Assist in mentorship of junior estimating staff

Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

• 7+ years’ experience in estimating within construction

• Proficient in using commercial bidding platforms

• Solid computer skills, particularly in estimating software

• Valid driver’s license and understanding of municipal works
