Senior Estimator at Green Infrastructure Partners

Elevate your career with Green Infrastructure Partners as a Senior Estimator, preparing detailed project cost estimates for projects up to $1 Billion. Your expertise in interpreting tender drawings and managing submissions is crucial for timely project delivery. In this role, you'll report directly to the Estimating Manager and lead the tender preparation processes.

You’ll apply your 7‑10 years of construction industry experience to ensure estimates are accurate and meet all expectations. You’ll also develop initial tender schedules and maintain communication with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

• Interpret and analyze tender drawings comprehensively
• Lead and manage Design‑Build projects during tender stages
• Formulate tender costs for labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Prepare bid bond and insurance request forms
• Assist in mentorship of junior estimating staff

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 7+ years’ experience in estimating within construction
• Proficient in using commercial bidding platforms
• Solid computer skills, particularly in estimating software
• Valid driver’s license and understanding of municipal works
