Junior Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical construction projects across the GTA.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to assist with project planning, coordination, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and project closeout activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Junior PM looking to advance their career in electrical construction.

• Support the management of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, consultants, and clients
• Manage RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Attend project meetings and provide project updates
• Support project closeout, deficiencies, and turnover documentation

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction, project coordination, or project management
• Experience with in commercial, industrial, or institutional (ICI) construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field is considered an asset

Compensation:
Up to $85,000 depending on experience
