Civil Superintendent: Roads & Highways Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations across road construction sites

• Organize, supervise, and allocate resources effectively

• Anticipate and tackle project challenges early on

• Ensure compliance with regional specifications and contracts

• Cultivate a strong safety culture and maintain public interface

Requirements:

• More than 10 years in civil construction, specifically roads

• Demonstrable experience with MTO and municipal projects

• Familiarity with construction specifications

• Aptitude for leading self-performed work

• Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
