Position: Lead Estimator for Construction Projects

Join Facility Maintenance & Construction as a Lead Estimator focused on Industrial, Commercial, and Retail projects. This full-time position involves detailed cost estimation and managing project financials.

As the Lead Estimator, you will take charge of preparing accurate, detailed estimates for construction projects specific to civil, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Your role entails analyzing specifications, ensuring precise quantity take-offs, and providing comprehensive labor and material cost assessments. Engage with contractors and subcontractors to refine tendering processes and project efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and organize drawings and tender information

• Provide accurate quantity take-offs for project budgets

• Maintain unit pricing database for materials and labor

• Prepare economic feasibility studies on cost changes

• Liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in estimating civil/heavy earthworks

• Experience managing multiple mid-size projects

• Strong civil knowledge and coordination experience

• Proficient in MS Office and Procore software

• Strong communication and organizational skills
