Construction Project Coordinator GTA

Become a pivotal part of Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Construction Project Coordinator in the Greater Toronto Area. You'll support a major civil project with expert administrative and technical capabilities, ensuring successful project execution.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of construction experience and will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager. Your responsibilities involve planning schedules, monitoring safety standards, and maintaining compliance with specifications and reports. You'll also play a key role in communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance oversight on the construction site

• Assist in planning schedules and manpower assessments

• Address potential conflicts and resolve project challenges

• Maintain updated cost reports for budget adherence

• Interact with subcontractors and third parties effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering

• 2 years of relevant construction experience

• EIT or CET designation highly regarded

• Knowledge of AFP/P3 Design-Build projects is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
